Location is "everything" at this "lovely" nonsmoking hotel "in the heart of Seattle", "a few blocks from Pike Place Market, Westlake Center and Pacific Place", and where many of the rooms offer "spectacular" views of the city or Elliott Bay; satisfied surveyors ignore a few glitches – no pool, "not enough hot water" – and insist that with "nicely appointed" accommodations, "free WiFi", a "good workout room" and an "English pub in the basement", this place is "perfect for a weekend getaway."

Conveniently located, attractive rooms. Nice staff.
Parking is expensive, we parked off sight 3 blocks away but it was a nice walk back to the hotel.
We enjoyed the hotel, although it's parking garage is very expensive, $37 a night plus fees. Found parking a short distance away for half the price.

Fabulous location right in the heart of the city.
This hotel was much better than I anticipated with a name like Red Lion. I will definitely stay here again when in downtown Seattle.

Mattress was a little too soft..
Great location for a weekend scenic and shopping trip to Seattle. Friendly and accommodating staff, nice happy hour in the lounge. I would recommend it to friends and family!

The location and the rooms were beautiful.
They charge $30 for parking and didn't offer another option, the sink was broken in my room and it had no fridge.
